Thursday

So today have been exiting, the weather has been ok, warm but not sunny enough :(, but i have been cheerfull and gone trough the day with a smile. Woke up, went work managed to actually do some studying lol. I am so looking forward to my trip to sweden, but i am dead scared of flying. Have been all my life. Maybe it has to do with the fact that 2 pilots (ofcourse god who decides when it's time to go) is in charge of my life for 1h 45 min flight, i know i am weird but that is the way i always felt about flying. But i get to see my family who i havent seen since september so i am extra happy these couple of days. I am also looking forward to this weekend. Tomorow i am meeting my girlies to have a real girl night. sushi, movie and maybe dancing ;). I am not quite sure what movie we are going to watch, but maybe case 39, shutter island or a chick flick bounty hunter lol, what do you think???. Havent seen the girls for a while so catching up will be super fun. Gossip about men aswell will be extra highlight of the night. I dont know what it is with girl gatherings and gossip about Men but i know the other sex is a part of our lives and we will never really and truly figure men out, but it is always a hit subject ;). Now you might wonder if there is a speciell person in my life, and my answer is ..... lol. Since i resided in london i had to adapt to the big city mentallity of dating. It's intense and unfortunatly all intense things end fast. For me the man who will hold the key to my heart have to be my friend first, i mean why the rush to try to get to know one in a week or two??? If love sneaks up on you slowly, you are more likely to enjoy it longer. But thats all i have to say on that part. I am home now and enjoying my guilty pleasure TV. what katie did next, snog mary avoid, hotter than my daughter LOL. i know i know, not very intresting shows but hey its thursday and i am definitly worth some downtime until the big blast on the weekend.Until next time, smile and the world smiles with you, fart and you will stand alone hahahha ;)

wednesday already

oupps i did it again. Woke up late today after reading a horrible article for my International relations class. So i woke up today at 8.30 with the article on my pillow, i need to be at my seminar at 9. Hmm that went well, i didnt make it to the seminar but i did make it for the lecture. The lecture was inspiring and informative but ofcourse i was day dreaming about sand between my toes :(. After lecture i went outside to sit with my latte by the water in the sunny dockland, when one of my class mates who i never spoke to stepped up to me and asked if i wanted some company. we began chattin, and it turned out he is also from Sweden. So weird to go from not even saying hi to bonding, just because we both are from sweden lol. that is the best bit with living in london. As soon as you know a person is from Sweden, you have in some weird way an almost instant "connection" with them. We ended up booking time to go for coffee (fika) which is typically a swedish thing to do to talk about our london experiences. A new friend, me like :).
Next it was lunch time and since i have declared war on carbs, lunch consisted of salmon,sallad and water. The day went well, with loads of reading and planning what to wear for my friends birthday party saturday night? while i was visualizing my outfit, i recieved a call from a friend. He asked me if i wanted to do a spontanious trip to Disney land in France this weekend. this weekend. I want to , i soo want to it would fulfill my childhood fantasies to pull mickey mouse big ears off lool. but unfortunatly friends bday celebration is important and he promised to take me there once i get back from sweden. Yes i said Sweden :) i finally booked my ticket to go home for almost two weeks, super exited about that, my little brother and his wife had a baby boy which i am longing to cuddle. now i am catching up with American idol and now i will attempt to do a facial before bed.
